PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE SISTEM PENGHITUNG SPACE PARKIR UNTUK 3 LANTAI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE KALMAN FILTER
Abstract
Peningkatan pengguna kendaraan bermotor terus bertambah tiap tahunnya di Jawa Timur. Pertumbuhan paling pesat yaitu terjadi di Surabaya, dengan rata-rata 7.03% per tahun. Dari permasalahan tersebut banyak pengaruh yang terjadi, salah satunya tempat parkir. Penyediaan informasi untuk mengetahui tempat parkir kosong saat ini sangat minim, sehingga sedikit menyulitkan para pengguna kendaraan bermotor terutama mobil saat hendak memparkirkan kendaraan di gedung berlantai. Sebelumnya sudah dilakukan penelitian tentang pembuatan sistem penghitung tempat parkir kosong dengan menggunakan pengolahan citra digital namun hasil yang didapat msih belum sesuai dengan apa yang di harapkan. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian dengan harapan dapat memperbaiki hasil yang ada pada penelitian sebelumnya. Perbedaan dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu menggunakan metode kalman filter yang berfungsi untuk memperbaiki ketidak stabilan hasil perhitungan pada pendeteksian tempat parkir kosong. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian kali ini ketelitian perhitungan tempat parkir 89.2% atau naik 12.73% dari penelitian sebelumnya.
