Analisis Perbandingan Biaya dan Waktu Pelaksanaan Pelat Lantai Beton Panel dan Beton Konvensional (Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan SMP Islam Terpadu AL-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Kabupaten Pamekasan)

Abstract

Panel concrete is a material product resulting from developments in the field of civil engineering as an alternative to conventional concrete. Concrete panels are one of the lightweight concrete products that use a precast system where the production process is carried out outside the project site which is then brought and installed at the job site according to the prepared place, in contrast to the conventional system where the casting process is carried out directly at the project site. Concrete panels have been widely applied in construction work, one of which is in the construction project of the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Integrated Islamic Junior High School in this case in the implementation of floor slabs which were originally planned with conventional concrete. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the comparison of panel concrete and conventional concrete implementation methods in the implementation of the most effective and efficient floor slabs in terms of cost and implementation time. The concrete panels used in this study are DEPANEL products made from cement and polystyrene aggregates that are combined in such a way on the surface of non-asbestos fiber cement. From the analysis, it is found that the total cost of the concrete floor slab work of the panel is Rp. 136.968.180 cheaper Rp. 189.807.384,56 or 41,92% of the conventional floor slab with a total cost of Rp. 326.775.564,56. While the total implementation time of the concrete panel floor slab work is 28 calendar days, 29 days faster than the implementation time of conventional floor slabs which require 57 calendar days of implementation time. So it can be concluded that the use of concrete panels is more effective and efficient than the use of conventional concrete.
