PENGUATAN SISTEM PRESIDENSIAL DALAM SISTEM KETATANEGARAAN INDONESIA
Abstract
Furifikasi sistem presidensial dalam perubahan UUD NRI Tahun 1945 telah memberikan penguatan terhadap kedudukan Presiden. Namun demikian, furifikasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya memberikan penguatan, karena kewenangan presiden yang terlalu besar dalam bidang legislasi, lemahnya kewenangan legislasi DPD dan dianutnya sistem multipartai. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka penguatan sistem presidensial perlu dilakukan perubahan, yakni penghapusan kewenangan legislasi Presiden, penguatan legislasi DPD, penyederhanaan partai politik dan pemilihan umum serentakDownloads
