Research using historical methods, can be found about the origin of the legal system of a particular country. These similarities can be seen in the general concepts applied such as KTUN with beschikking, state administrative officials with bestuursorgaan, and also PTUN with administratieve/bestuursrechtspraak. However, there are also principal differences between the two legal systems.
