Perancangan Scada Berbasis Internet of Things Pada Sistem Pemilah Barang Berdasarkan Objek Menggunakan Konveyor dan Lengan Robot
Abstract
The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is designed to monitor and control the operation of complex equipment or processes. IoT-based SCADA for sorting items based on objects using conveyors and robotic arms. The main problem faced is how to develop a monitoring system that can display the position of object movements in real-time with high accuracy. The objective of this research is to design and implement IoT-based SCADA technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sorting system. The methods used include hardware and software design, Modbus TCP/IP communication programming using ESP32, and system performance testing through various parameters. The research results show that the SCADA system is capable of accurately monitoring the movement and animation of objects. In the results of the real-time monitoring test, there was a time lag between the actual conditions and the monitoring display, with the obtained results being 1.098, 1.176, and 1.20 seconds, which still meet industry standards. In the survey results, the monitoring display received a score of 4.11, which falls into the user-friendly category. The implementation of IoT enables remote monitoring, and survey results indicate that the SCADA interface is user-friendly and enhances the operational efficiency of the system.
