PERFORMA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Masalah gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Jika karyawan tidak memaksimalkan waktu kerja dngan baik, maka kinerja karyawan tersebut juga tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan perusahaan, karena waktu yang digunakan untuk bekerja menjadi berkurang dan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan yang diharapkan perusahaan, seperti penyelesaian pekerjaan sesuai dengan jadwal yang diharapkan perusahaan, kualitas pekerjaan karyawan dan hasil pekerjaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan standard yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan.
