Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Peer Review Process and Policy

The submitted text will be reviewed by the editor and only the manuscript that meets the focus and scope as well as the style of the journal will be accepted and continued to the review process. Each text will be reviewed by at least two people.

Submission of Manuscripts Submitted

JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen are texts written by the author, free of plagiarism, and have never been published in any journal. Before submitting the manuscript, the author must ensure that he wants to publish the manuscript to the JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen. Withdrawals during and after the peer review process are not permitted. At the same time, the author is also not allowed to send the same script to other journals. The person journal will not be legally responsible if the author violates this statement.

Permission

Writers who wish to include images, tables, or parts of the text that have been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner for print and online formats and to include proof that such permission has been given when submitting their paper. Any material received without such evidence will be deemed to be from the author.

It is recommended that the writer will submit the manuscript in a personal journal to use the Mendeley reference tool.

Abbreviations

In general, terms may not be abbreviated unless they are used repeatedly and the abbreviation helps the reader. Initially, use the full word, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. After that, just use the abbreviation.

Preparing for Submission

Title: title of a maximum of 12 words in Indonesian and is written using capital letters at the beginning of the sentence. The title must be concise and clear in describing the contents of the article. Can use creative titles to attract readers. The word influence, relationship, and case study should not be used in the title. The research location is presented in the method section, not in the title section

Abstract: Abstract A maximum of 200 words, written in English using the font Times New Roman 11, 1.5 spaced. The abstract must be clear and provide a brief description of the research problem. The abstract contains 1) introduction; 2) research purposes; 3) research methods (research designs, subjects, instruments, and data analysis techniques); 4) research results and; 5) the abstract ends by giving a brief conclusion. Don't use citations and abbreviations. Don’t write the score of data analysis result in the abstract

Keywords: Maximum of 5 keywords, written in alphabetical order and separated by semicolons

Introduction: In this section, the author is asked to describe the background of the problem (phenomenon) that underlies the study, and supporting literature review (the length of the writing in the introduction should not exceed 20% of the entire text). In this section, the prior literature review is needed as a basis for researchers to explain: (1) the existence of research gaps; (2) researchers 'arguments in meeting gaps, as a form of researchers' commitment to contribute to the development of science; (3) researchers' arguments about the novelty of research. [Justify, Times New Roman 11, space 1.5]. Can also be equipped with secondary data that supports background problems.

Method: Contains an explanation of the research variables, operational definitions of variables, research designs, research subjects, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. In this section the author is asked to explain as much detail as possible about the research procedures used, making it easier for other researchers to replicate or verify research (the length of the writing in the method section should not exceed 20% of the entire text). Avoid directly quoting definitions from books in the method section.

Results: Contains descriptive statistical results, assumption tests, and hypothesis tests, which are then critically analyzed. Use tables/graphs/images that contain interpretations of the results of data analysis to make it easier for readers to understand the results of text research (the length of the writing in the results section should not exceed 20% of the entire text). It is best to place the table/graphic / figure at the end of the text, not inside. Examples of writing table titles and figures are presented below.

Discussion: Explain the results of the research. The results of the study were critically analyzed, linked to previous studies and relevant literature (the length of the writing in the discussion section should not exceed 30-40% of the entire text). The discussion section must contain a substantial interpretation of the results of the analysis and comparison with previous research. These comparisons must explain the differences in research findings with previous studies so that they can contribute to the development of science. The literature used in the discussion must not exceed the last ten years

Conclusion: Conclusions contain conclusions and suggestions. Conclusions are made concise, clear, and concise, and must answer the objectives of the study. The conclusion contains a synthesis of findings from data analysis and discussion and highlights new findings that contribute to the development of psychology as a science. Conclusions are written in paragraph form (not numeric).

References: Disusun menurut urutan ubjad dan hanya pustaka yang dikutip dalam artikel yang dicantumkan. Referensi harus berisi pustaka-pustaka acuan yang berasal dari sumber primer (jurnal ilmiah), diterbitkan 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir dan berjumlah minimum 80% dari keseluruhan daftar pustaka.
