THE IMPACT GIFT OF MOTIVATION AND TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of providing motivation and employee training on the performance of employees of Otscon Safety Indonesia. The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 110. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a path analysis model. The results showed a partial or simultaneous influence between the provision of motivation and training on the performance of employees of PT Otscon Safety Indonesia.
