Implementasi Program Aksi Ketahanan Pangan Di Propinsi Bengkulu
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model sinergisitas antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Propinsi Bengkulu yang efektif untuk melahirkan ketahanan pangan, implementasi program aksi tentang ketahanan pangan di Propinsi Bengkulu, dan mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan tentang ketahanan pangan guna peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dan masyarakat di Propinsi Bengkulu serta langkah-langkah apa yang telah dan harus dilakukan guna mewujudkan ketahanan pangan serta peningkatan kesejahteraan petani di masa mendatang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian adalah pandangan dan sikap aktor stakeholders dalam implementasi kebijakan Program Aksi Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bengkulu, meliputi kesiapan sumber daya, proses implementasi dan lain-lain.
