The Influence of Digital Communication Competence on Social Interaction Between Students and Lectures

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi digital terhadap interaksi sosial mahasiswa dan dosen dalam pembelajaran digital berbasis LMS, menggunakan teori Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC). Dengan metode campuran mix methods (PLS-SEM dan wawancara), hasil kuantitatif menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 35,8%. Meskipun mahasiswa memiliki keterampilan digital yang baik, interaksi sosial masih terbatas karena LMS lebih difokuskan pada fungsi administratif. Temuan kualitatif menyoroti perlunya desain LMS yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung komunikasi dua arah. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi komunikasi digital dan pengoptimalan fitur LMS yang dibingkai dalam perspektif CMC dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial dalam konteks pembelajaran digital.Unduhan
