Copyright Notice

The author who will publish the manuscript at JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen, agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Share A like License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, pre-prints sites or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater dissemination of published work

Permissions

Authors whose manuscript is published will approve the following provisions:

1. The right to publication of all journal material published on the JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen website is held by the editorial board with the author's knowledge (moral rights remain the property of the author).

2. The formal legal provisions for access to digital articles of this electronic journal are subject to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, which means JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen reserves the right to store, modify the format, administer in the database, maintain and publish articles without requesting permission from the Author as long as it keeps the Author's name as the owner of Copyright.

3. Printed and electronically published manuscripts are open access for educational, research, and library purposes. In addition to these objectives, the editorial board shall not be liable for violations of copyright law.
